More about the photographer
Terry O’Neill is one of the world’s most collected photographers with work hanging in national art galleries and private collections worldwide. From presidents to pop stars he has photographed the frontline of fame for over six decades.
O’Neill began his career at the birth of the 1960s. While other photographers concentrated on earthquakes, wars and politics, O’Neill realised that youth culture was a breaking news story on a global scale and began chronicling the emerging faces of film, fashion and music who would go on to define the Swinging Sixties. By 1965 he was being commissioned by the biggest magazines and newspapers in the world.
Photographer Terry O'Neill
No other living photographer has embraced the span of fame, capturing the icons of our age from Winston Churchill to Nelson Mandela, from Frank Sinatra and Elvis to Amy Winehouse, from Brigitte Bardot to Nicole Kidman, as well as every James Bond from Sean Connery to Daniel Craig.

He photographed the Beatles and the Rolling Stones when they were still struggling young bands in 1963, pioneered backstage reportage photography with David Bowie, Elton John, The Who, Eric Clapton and Chuck Berry and his images have adorned historic rock albums, movie posters and international magazine covers.

Art: Colorful artwork by French illustrator Malika Favre (02)

While surfing this morning on internet I saw this colorful popart work from the French graphic designer Malika Favre. Love her graphic work! Malika Favre's distinct and often very sexy style has made her one of the world's most sought-after commercial illustrators. In addition to her personal creations, she works for clients around the world. Publications such as the New Yorker and Vogue, as well as international brands like Sephora with whom she has a growing, fruitful relationship. In her London studio, Favre creates work that is characterized by a striking minimalism: no line, no shape, no color is wasted. But within this minimalism, she creates images of startling beauty and depth. For more interesting work from Malika, see THIS LINK Be Inspired .......

Hat Inspiration: An elegant Philip Treacy hat design

Philip Treacy, hat designer
More about Philip Treacy
Philip Treacy has become the world's most in demand hat designer. His hats are as popular with European aristocrats as with Hollywood royalty. Widely credited for changing the perception of the hat, he designs hats to flatter and enhance the wearer.

“I have had the greatest pleasure of having the opportunity to challenge people's perception of what a hat should look like in the 21st century. I make hats because I love hats. It's an enigmatic object that serves the human purpose only of beautification and embellishment, and making one feel good, whether you’re the observer of the spectacle or the wearer”
