I try to drink more water as I would like to loose some overweight. This morning I saw this interesting blogpost on the website ‘Among Other Things’. They show naturally fruit flavored water bottles filled with colorful fruits and herbs. They look so inviting! You can make this water bottle with any number of herbs, spices, fruits and veggies.
Drinking a lot of water is very good for hydration, a better digestion, appetite control etc. and it tastes delicious! Besides that it is also relatively inexpensive to make and practically calorie-free. Two of my favourites are: Strawberry, Lemon & Mint and Grapefruit, Rosemary & Pomegranate.
