Beautiful photos from several fashion icons wearing Japanese fashion. On the cover of Vogue Japan we see no less than 15 wordwide known supermodels who star in a cover story called ‘Perfect Icons’. Photographers Luigi Murenu and Iango Henzi, together with stylist Giovanna Battaglia teamed up to showcase the aesthetic of Japanese design, made popular by Rei Kawakubo, the founder of Comme des Garcons. The icons are wearing pieces from Japanese designers: Junya Watanabe, Yohji Yamamoto and Jun Takahashi as well as Céline, Prada and Alaïa. Part 2 and 3 will follow soon.
