I guess you've noticed already that I love the futuristic designs from Dutch fashion designer Iris van Herpen. Below you will find some flashback photos from her F/W 2017-18 Couture collection, seen at Paris Fashion Week 2017. I wrote earlier more blogs about her inspiring work, SEE HERE
Iris said about her collection:
"It motivated me to dive into the contrasts between water and air, between outside and inside, between lightness and darkness." The collection's largely monochrome colour palette ranged from stark whites to soft greys. Soft silhouettes were informed by the lightness of air, and prints that created the optical illusion of movement were based on the fluidity of water. Be Inspired .......
