Maria Grazia Chiuri channels 1950s Dior for Christian Dior S/S 2024 Haute Couture, reimagining iconic silhouettes with moire's luxurious sway. Gowns, coats, and pants take on a timeless yet modern allure. The collection is a masterclass in balancing heritage and modernity. A beige coat with a gold-thread tapestry motif reflects Dior‘s love of 18th-century detail, while graphic black embroidery on an ivory skirt adds a dose of contemporary edge. Clean lines and architectural cuts coexist with delicate fabrics and ornate embellishments, creating a dialogue between eras that feels both harmonious and exciting.
