Art: Beautiful artwork from abstract expressionist artist Jared Boyd (03)

While surfing on internet today I saw these beautiful paintings from the abstract expressionist artist Jared Boyd from Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. Love his bright and fresh coloruse as well as all the layers he is using in his artwork. I am really touched by his refined artwork. Take a look below at these 4 paintings. Aren't they beautiful to see?  I wrote MORE BLOGS about his inspiring artwork.

More about the artist Jared Boyd
What Jared wrote about himself:
My name is Jared Boyd. I earned a degree in mechanical engineering after serving in the Marine Corps. After graduating I quickly learned that I needed a hobby to occupy my extra time. I was at a local art festival in 2015 when I discovered a particular artists work that really moved me. I couldn't stop thinking about how her art made me feel. I visited her the next day and asked if she would mentor me. That began my artistic journey.
Artist Statement
My art is a response to the environment around me. The intention of my approach to painting is to be gestural, intuitive and thoughtful. The sources of my inspiration are many and include emotion, thought, meditation, music, nature and life. I utilize a variety of mediums including acrylic paint, graphite, charcoal, gesso and oil pastels.

My process is to create many layers and marks on the canvas as to reveal the history of a piece. My intent is for the layers and mark making to illustrate an emotional and colorful journey on the canvas that is both visually appealing and balanced. It's my belief that art brings special meaning to life. It's my hope that others can find special meaning in art as well.

OUTDOOR FURNITURE: THE PLANK LOUNGER

Be Inspired by this minimalistic design called the Plank Lounger by Eric Pfeiffer for Council. 'The Plank Lounger' was made for relaxing in the great outdoors. The lounger focuses more on clean lines and a modern profile. Extraneous details are stripped away and what remains is a beautifully minimal chair with a simple curve. The chair is built with a white powder coated steel frame that holds weather-treated pine slats that comes in either a natural, whitewashed, black-stained or gray-stained finish. Available with or without arms.

Runway: Missoni F/W 2020 RTW, seen at MFW

Inspiring collection from the brand Missoni for the season Fall/Winter 2020 RTW, seen at Milan Fashion Week. Geometric patterns of all kinds were collaged on every manner of knit, from the most generous of belted cardigans to body-clinging ribbed tops and tube skirts. The palette was dark and moody and shot through with metallic Lurex and as ever the patch-working of different motifs was a marvel.
