Archetipo Kitchen Design: When classic style meets contemporary mood ......

Aesthetical harmony
Love to share with you this fantastic Archetipo island design created by the Italian company L’Ottocento in collaboration with makethatstudio. What a beautiful and elegant design! It owes its character to the shape of the doors, to the colour matching and to the two cylindric steel feet which lighten and support the structure while combining with the diameter of the tap. In love also with the warm and inviting flooring and the soft green walls.

L’Ottocento kitchens and furniture are an invitation to taste their authenticity. Elegance meeting functionality, natural handcrafted solid wood and original design matched with customization. Be Inspired .......

Furniture Design: Beautiful old table in a white Scandinavian home

While surfing on internet this morning I saw this beautiful old table in the white Scandinavian home of fashion and lifestyle blogger Kristin Sundberg. Her interior is all in white with a few black, gray & natural shades incorporated in its furniture and decor to create more drama. Enjoy the beauty of white, simplicity and functionalism. For the complete look of her inspiring home, see the link below.

FASHIONBAGS: ARXI - wearable architectural details by Konstantin Kofta

Known for his daring and unconventional leather-accessory design, Ukrainian fashion designer Konstantin Kofta has just released his latest collection of leather bags and clutches. Kofta likes to draw inspiration from natural shapes, like seashells and parts of human anatomy, which he then transforms into fully-functional garments and accessories. Bearing the title “ARXI”, Kofta’s S/S 2016 collection takes the designer’s approach a step further, by incorporating and inspired by forms and imagery found in Baroque architecture.
Although only in his late-twenties, the Kiev-based designer has already succeeded in becoming a household name in fashion with his leather accessories that challenge concepts such as functionalism & wearability through their unconventional forms.
"Designer Konstantin Kofta combines rural and urban perceptions and embraces the unintentional and unexpected, which provide inspiration for current and future collections. Each collection appears as a form of art installation. Konstantin Kofta believes that the perfect is hidden in the sacramental places away from an ordinary vision littered by common standards." - Konstantin Kofta Studio
