AMSTERDAM FASHION WEEK 2012
As most people know, we had in Holland from 25 - 29 January 2012 the Amsterdam Fashion Week 2012. It was all about fashion, fashion and again fashion. The presentation of the AFW 2012 was in the hands of Bas Kosters.
On Friday evening 27th January 2012, Elsien Gringhuis opened The Green Fashion Competition. This international competition stimulates designers to combine fashion and sustainability. Elsien is the winner of last year's Green Fashion Competition. During this evening we had royal visit of our princess Maxima. She looked gorgeous in a glamorous outfit of Jan Taminiau.
During the AFW-week there were all kind of fashion shows from interesting designers, like Bas Kosters, Custo Barcelona, Elise Kim, Gestuz, Individuals, Jan Boelo, Sarena Huizinga, Jivika Biervliet and Sjaak Hullekes.
