Art: Colorful Abstract Art by Dutch artist Arie Koning

While surfing earlier on internet I saw these beautiful, colorful abstract paintings from the Dutch artist Arie Koning. Arie Koning captures the essence of flowers. He invites you to experience the joy and energy in the deepest heart of the flower, as expressed in the light and colors of his colorful paintings. This particularly gives expression to the deepest core of flower, the nature, the soul of the flower. I am a huge fan of this inspiring artist. I decided today to repubish the blog I wrote earlier about his work (01-09-2021). Be Inspired .........
Abstracte bloemenschilderijen

Painting colors: Top selling Benjamin Moore Blues ......

I am in love with these lovely soft blue hues from Benjamin Moore. I always had some blue colors like these in every house I have lived before. I am not surprised that the colors below are top selling colors at Benjamin Moore. They are inviting, fresh and pleasant to see. You can also use them very well for homestaging, to sell your house quicker as they give a soft and harmonious atmosphere in house. Here they are: Boothbay gray, Breath of fresh air, November skies, MT Rainer gray, Nimbus gray, Quiet moments, Santorini, Van Cortland blue, Van Deusen blue. I wrote earlier a blog about the positive effect of the color blue for homestaging, see THIS LINK Be Inspired .....

This photo is an example of the positive effect of using a blue hue for the kitchen.

Art: Colorful Digital Artwork by Dutch artist Jeanet Hage (02)

I visited in March 2016 an Art Fair close at my place and found some beautiful and colorful digital artwork from the Dutch artist Jeanet Hage (Deco-Foto). I wrote several blogs about her interesting work, see also: Blog nr. 01Blog nr. 03 and Blog nr. 04. This blogpost is a republish of my blog of 13-03-2016. Be Inspired ..........
Digital artwork 'Waterworld'.
More about the artist
Project design is what Jeanet Hage always has inspired and her inspiration source is nature. She says: 'Nature can offer immeasurable possibilities for photographing'. Jeanet is since 2009 busy with Digital Art. This means: art created by the computer. She is using merely her own materials, unless it concerns an assignment for a client. A new design starts by working with forms, lines and colors of a selected photo. The images of the original photo are often not recognizable anymore and became (half) abstract and figurative creations. Are you also inspired by this interesting abstract work? See her website below for more information.

Runway: Pucci S/S 2026 - Colorful collection

Pucci S/S 2026 collection fashion show took place in Ortigia, Italy on April 17, 2026. On the small island of Ortigia, Italian fashion house Pucci unveiled its S/S 2026 collection under the direction of Camille Miceli. Presented within the cavernous arches of Grotta dei Cordari, the show balanced theatricality with a deliberate sense of ease — an environment where the weight of history was countered by a distinctly contemporary lightness.

Sicily was selected as the setting for its rich layers of history, nature and culture — Qualities that have increasingly drawn attention from the global fashion industry in recent years.

Commenting on the show, Miceli said: “Sicily has a magnetic energy that resonates with the Pucci spirit. The collection is an even deeper exploration of movement, color and rhythmic silhouettes that will feel heightened by this transporting experience.” Be Inspired by this colorful collection ........

Abstract Art: Inspiring artwork from the artist Ursula J. Brenner (02)

Would like to share with you this inspiring artwork from the artist Ursula J. Brenner. Love the way she is using contrasts in form and color to underscore emotion in her pieces. Be Inspired ....... Will publish on 15-08-2026 her other artwork called "Royal Blue Abstract". Earlier I wrote more blogs about 'ART', SEE HERE

The artist Ursula J. Brenner
More about the artist
Ursula J. Brenner creates a diverse array of landscapes and contemporary abstracts in acrylics and encaustics, using contrasts in form and color to underscore emotion in each piece. Ursula’s art reflects a wide range of moods, from light and playful to deep and mysterious. Born in Germany, Ursula has been influenced by a rich cultural background of old world museums, art, music and architecture. She lives and works in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she attended Edgecliff College on scholarship, graduating in 1978 with a BA in Drawing and Painting.

She has studied with and been influenced by the work of Wolf Kahn, Susan Sarback, Doug Dawson and Albert Handell. Always filled with ideas, Ursula can be as inspired by driving in the country as looking through a magazine. She likes to focus on the fundamental nature of a scene – the values, colors and shapes -using a “notan” study, a Japanese method of examining lights and darks. She enjoys alternating between landscapes and abstracts to keep her interest in both genres high. Ursula experiences a spiritual connection as she creates art, something she wants the viewer to experience as well. “My art makes a strong, bold statement, an unambiguous statement,” says the artist. “Yet it can be very ethereal too.I want people who look at my art to be transported into another realm, to transcend the normal human experience.”

Ursula is represented by selected galleries. Her paintings are featured in private and corporate collections internationally, She works with interior designers and art consultants and accepts commissioned work. A national award-winning artist, Ursula was chosen to attend the Vermont Studio Center on partial scholarship in 2002.
